Christopher Robert Evans is an American actor from the United States. His professional career began in television roles, including Opposite Sext in 2000. His fame was boosted by his performance as Human Torch, the Marvel Comics character in Fantastic Four and Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer in 2007. Evans appeared in several film adaptations based on graphic novels and comics including TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2009) and Snowpiercer (2013). In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, he was more well-known in the role of Steve Rogers as Captain America. This included Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier 2014 as well as Captain America: Civil War. He also appeared in The Avengers Age of Ultron In 2015 Avengers: Infinity War 2018 and Endgame In 2019. He became one of the highest paid actors worldwide because of his work for the Marvel series.
